Founder & Chief Executive Officer, BEAFL Group
Barnaba Marco is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BEAFL Group, an Africa-focused business group headquartered in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
He is currently pursuing his medical education while building BEAFL Group and developing its long-term strategy across consumer products, agro-processing, industrial value chains, healthcare, logistics and technology.
As Founder and CEO, Barnaba provides the Group’s strategic direction and oversees its development as a diversified business group, with an initial foundation in Tanzania and a long-term regional and continental outlook.
His work focuses on identifying practical business opportunities, developing value-added businesses and building systems that connect production, processing, supply chains and markets.
His approach to building BEAFL is centered on long-term value creation, disciplined execution, strategic partnerships and the development of businesses that respond to real market needs.
